TTEC Global Impact and Inclusion Council

We aspire to create a vibrant culture at all levels of the organization. Around the world, we amplify local inclusiveness groups outside the workplace and bring together centralized organizations inside TTEC walls. We support our employees through mentorship, open dialogue, and opportunities for professional development. ​

Our Global Impact and Inclusion Council is comprised of regional leaders around the world who focus on advancing our Humanity First priorities with:

  • Strategy and infrastructure covering sustainability, philanthropy, and partnerships.
  • Awareness and education to promote an authentic, unique workforce.
  • Employee engagement and retention to cultivate Employee Resource Groups and nurture growing communities of support.
  • Talent acquisition and development to maximize performance and create an engaged community of belonging.

Supporting Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who are coming together based on shared characteristics and lived experiences. ERGs are generally based on providing support, enhancing career development, and contributing to the personal development of its members.

Champions of Color

Champions of Color nurtures a community for employees who identify as Black, African American, and of African descent. Champions of Color promotes a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment. The group offers mentorship, access to senior leadership, and a network of professionals to assist with development and career advancement. Members share wisdom, advice, experiences, and fellowship.
