TTEC strives to build relationships with our supplier partners from the onset to result in a smooth procurement process and prospective long-term relationship.

Vision

At TTEC, we strive to reflect diversity and inclusion in all areas of our business, and that extends to our supply chain too. We're a company that brings technology and humanity together, and we rely on small and diverse business partners to help us improve our operations, to cultivate customer satisfaction and create a positive impact in our communities.

Mission

Our goal is to build strong partnerships with small and diverse suppliers who offer high-quality, competitively priced products and services that add value to our business and align with our corporate goals and values. We're committed to increasing our spend year over year with small, minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, disadvantaged/disabled, and LGBT businesses. We’re always on the lookout for opportunities with certified diverse suppliers.

TTEC utilizes a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution to perform due diligence on our suppliers and obtain necessary onboarding information. New suppliers are asked to complete a risk assessment and answer questions related to a range of topics, including Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), Diversity, Privacy, Information Security and Risk Management, etc. We also ask for Transactional Enablement information, which includes a supplier’s Legal Structure, Tax Information, and Banking details, etc. Once Suppliers submit their assessment, TTEC evaluates the overall risk and scores them accordingly. This process is critical to ensuring visibility and trust within our supply chain. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to partnering with you!

TTEC is committed to ensuring that all of its suppliers, regardless of location, comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct and enforce these principles throughout their own supply chains. To the extent the supplier is subject to other written local standards or requirements regarding employment, environment or business practices, the supplier should adhere to the most stringent applicable requirements. TTEC may monitor activities through on-site inspections, signed supplier agreements and certifications, and third party assessments. Suppliers may not use subcontractors to produce TTEC products or components without TTEC’s written approval. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that these subcontractors comply with TTEC’s Supplier Code of Conduct.

The TTEC Supplier Assurance team performs initial and annual information security reviews on all suppliers. This due diligence includes identifying, tracking and monitoring risks, as well as reviewing applicable industry and regulatory compliance certifications. Maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of TTEC systems, applications and data at all times is critically important not only to our business, but to that of our suppliers, affiliates, partners and clients. Please review our Supplier Information Security Exhibit, which covers the minimum security requirements that our suppliers must meet, depending on the scope of services and data involved.

Supplier confirms its understanding that TTEC requires all Suppliers and others working on its behalf to comply with anti-bribery laws everywhere that TTEC does business and that TTEC has a zero-tolerance policy towards violations of any anticorruption laws.
