DENVER, Oct. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TeleTech), a leading provider of customer experience, engagement and growth solutions, today announced the company has been honored with a 2015 Learning In Practice Award by Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine. TeleTech was awarded a Gold Strategy Medal based on its Global Leadership Development structure redesign and new strategy that allowed the opportunity to launch two programs targeted at employee development – the Continuous Education Program (CEP) and Professional Certification Program.
Considered one of the highest honors in the learning field, the annual awards recognize industry leaders that have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs that produce measurable results for their companies.
TeleTech's Continuous Education Program was launched in May 2015 and has received great feedback from its employees on the value of the program. More than 90 percent of survey respondents who participated in the new program stated they have found the CEP to be a useful tool in their professional development. The company's Professional Certification Program, targeted at high-performers and also launched in May, exceeded its goal with over 90 employees expressing interest in participating in the program and only a 1 percent dropout rate to date.
"TeleTech is honored to have been named a Learning In Practice award winner by CLO magazine," said Rich Herbst, vice president, Learning and Development at TeleTech. "We know that to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our clients, our employees benefit tremendously from motivational training and development programs. Winning this award validates our commitment to our employees and we're extremely proud of our teams for their work on these programs and this well-deserved recognition."
Chief Learning Officer magazine, published by Human Capital Media (HCM), announced the winners of its 15th annual Learning In Practice awards during the Fall 2015 Chief Learning Officer Symposium in Austin, Texas.
"The Learning In Practice awards celebrate the truly outstanding work of practitioners in the L&D field.
