The challenge
Handyman Connection is committed to taking the fear and worry out of home projects. By maintaining franchise relationships with countless carpenters, remodelers, tilers and painters across the country, Handyman Connection is able to connect homeowners with the expert needed to get the job done. Unfortunately, Handyman Connection’s outdated customer relationship management system made it difficult to provide the level of service the organization is committed to.
Our solution
The transformation started with a fully customized and optimized deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Throughout the implementation, Avtex, a TTEC Engage company, worked closely with the Handyman Connection team to ensure all of their needs and goals were met during the initial deployment. By doing so, Avtex positioned Handyman Connection for success right from the launch of their new information management platform.
The two teams also worked closely to develop new and more effective processes and policies for capturing, storing, tagging and leveraging Handyman Connection’s valuable customer data.
