The group assessed 37 major customer experience management companies – taking into account intellectual property and solutions, domain investments, case studies, and client references – and deemed TTEC a top performer.
Companies named as leaders, according to Everest Group, expanded their client base in 2023, boast strong language capabilities, have been quick to embrace generative AI, and have established Centers of Excellence to enhance their offerings.
